2025-2026 Program Overview

2025-2026 Program Overview

Our Young Fives program is specifically designed to encourage and enhance the development of five-year olds and meet their unique needs. One element of the program that helps us meet the individual level and needs of each child is small group time. Small group time allows teachers to assist with and extend concepts on a more individualized basis where they more closely focus on these four objectives:

PHYSICAL

  • Fine Motor (writing, painting, drawing, cutting, and gluing)
  • Gross Motor (throwing, catching, skipping, and balancing)

LANGUAGE & LITERACY

  • Letter identification + formation
  • Journaling
  • Predicting
  • Rhyming
  • Phonemic awareness

COGNITIVE

  • Math (identification, formation, sequencing & counting of numbers, estimating & patterning)
  • Science (cause & effect, discovery, observing, & analyzing)

SPIRITUAL / SOCIAL / EMOTIONAL

  • Self-Control
  • Independence + Responsibility
  • Sharing + Playing with Others
  • Know God created and loves us

Ratios are 1 lead and 1 assistant teacher (potentially 2 assistants depending on enrollment) with up to 24 students per class.

Child must be 5 by September 1, 2025. No waivers or exceptions.

2025-2026 Program Options:

$428/month

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday     9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.*

*Due to lower enrollment numbers this will be a hybrid class with our Young Fives program (both meet T/W/Th at the same time).

We’ll pilot a hybrid class with an improved curriculum that combines the best of our young fives curriculum with support for our 4-year-olds. This will be achieved through play while ensuring they’re all ready for kindergarten the next year.
